It really isn’t a beautiful community when the developers knowingly allow offensive players with disgusting names and pictures, consummate cheaters that have been reported to jelly support, rude community managers, moderators who are condescending and bots deployed to ruin every streak I’ve ever had going.
the comment regarding other games having as many complaints is laughable. They are just boards and there can’t be bots sent to ruin a streak. We aren’t idiots who have nothing better to do than complain. We play other games and know when something is rotten in Denmark.
One last infuriating issue: The “threat” of RC closing is really a failure of the “studio” to understand their audience. This statement has been repeated on numerous boards and posts since October. Then we get the January 2023 notice of closure; when in January exactly, 1/1/23, 1/15/23 or 1/31/23? If they think we don’t deserve an official date then I’ll just delete the app on Tuesday, even if the RC arena was open because ENOUGH already. Close it or don’t but I want to free up my phone for other games if I am not sure how long RC will be around. My hope is that if they can’t address the issues mentioned above with all the money they make that it is discontinued.

I first had to read up on what it was about. This comment was from 2020. I helped a lot there. I don't care what happens to the RC because I don't play it anymore and just focus on the map. I agree with you about the way that RC behaves! There is a long time since the game is based more on luck than skills!
As many players mentioned since the beginning, but mostly from 2020 and then, the worst feature is streak! You win, you go to the chest match and your opponent has a crazy candydropping that make you loose!
Today I was thinking to get unlimited ticket, but finally I changed my mind, when I came to the last chest on 7 matches level and I lost at a glance!
Now starting again is very boring! I don't think that it is possible to win 7 matches in a row again and without chests to get boosters!
About the "date", there is not still any official information!
I agree generally with your opinion, except one point: Community is not responsible about any problems we have playing RC, about the "bots" etc. The problem is in RC's architecture at all and not in the Community!
Also, CMs and mods have nothing to do with the developers. Their duties are related only to the Community, not to any game developing! I suppose you agree with this.
