Gone back to level one

in Jelly I’m up to level 3,000 and two days ago took an update to terms and conditions and now I’m back at level 1. I contacted King for help and they gave me a link to ‘How to beat a hard level’. Not what I’m looking for. Please help

First question: How were you connected in Jelly?

With facebook?
With a King account?
With email/password?
Maybe you were using a randomly generated account by King at the first time you played Jelly and you were playing into this account for so long?
