Can't buy gold bars in Candy Crush Jelly.

Hi, playing on a Kindle HDX, on level 6443. When I try to buy from the piggy bank or bundles, all the prices show 0, when I click on, I get #purchase result title, then X # message. Anyone else had this or knows solution? Any help much appreciated.
