Hello @tracey1111 welcome to the community and I can help you with this first click on your profile either click on one of the circled red areas
Then you will see a screen pop up like this
Next click on edit profile after you go into your profile click on notification preferences
Then you will see a screen like this pop up
From here choose what notifications you want to receive this should help you with your problem š
