Level 40, cannot move on

I completed level 40 and of course it wants me "to get help from 3 friends or wait 3 days to move on" to level 41. Well I dont have many friends who play this game so I was just gonna wait 3 days. But its been over a week and it still wont let me move on.

Purple squares in place of rivals in the jelly race
