I had the same problem in my mobile phone for months! I asked sometimes and the answer was that some features are available to some players and some to others etc. This is correct!
However,I had Allen in my downloaded app on win 11!
Allen returned after several months, to my phone, at a time when some features in the app changed. I suppose it was some update that affected the availability of Allen.....
On my win 11 p.c. nothing changed, Allen is always there!
