Candy Crush Jelly issues with the Wiggling special it will not let me proceed to level 3 please help

I’m playing the special event with Wiggling the octopus and I have passed the 1st & 2nd level (with 3 stars each) I got enough monkeys for them to allow me to proceed to level 3 but it won’t! I send a message about his yesterday. Will someone please contact me !!

The same thing is happening to me as well. Sounds as if there is a glitch in the game.

I’m having the same issue. Is there a fix? I was hoping the last app update would fix it but it did not. I deleted the app and then added it again and this did not help. Is someone going to fix it? HELP!!

King games, it has been over 48 hours since I posted my first question, my time is running out!! This problem has happen to me 3 different times against the owl the unicorn and now the octopus. What can we do to fix this??? Very upsetting...

I have the same problem! I've deleted and reinstalled, updated app, restarted my phone, nothing is working! I sent an email and their response was to come here for answers.... really?! They still haven't answered anyone's questions about this issue!

So king finally responded they have no clue what’s wrong tho, so being the inquisitive person I am, I figured out that if u have the correct amount of monkeys (or pufflers or w eve u need for next game) before u win the game ur playing the next one will open otherwise u will have to play and WIN each station twice... 30 new gold bars gone (thx king..) but I figured out a way to be able to at least complete each 5 games. Feel free to message me if u don’t understand what I’m trying to explain

Shari, let's say you're stuck at level 3, you have the required amount of monklings, pufflers etc but the level will not unlock.... go redo the last level you completed and 3 will unlock etc. I have had to do this every time I've reached the next level! It's annoying but it works
