Why have my friends stopped giving lives?

I've been playing Jelly almost everyday for a few years now. I have 32 friends and when I asked for lives I'd receive at least 4 or 5 plus requests for me to send lives, which I always did. Now, however, no one sends me lives or any requests for lives. Did I do something wrong or is there something else going on?

I cant find your specific problem. There are several "problems" with sending/receiving lives. The are "explained" in this topic ➡️ https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-jelly-saga/discussion/246544/technical-issues-read-before-posting#latest (several issues under the header Lives ) Im not connected to FB and have no problems receiving lives.
Hope this will at least helps you underway in finding the problem ....

Hello I don't know if you ever got your problem solved but I do know that when king.com was available we was able to send and recieve lives but since it shut down the ones who never linked their accounts lost all connection to the friends they did have and was not able to send or recieve lives I do know some of the players that never linked their accounts have switched their login accounts to be able to link to FB so they can add friends and be able to send and recieve lives this way I will look throughout the day to see if I can get you some links to check out about your problem 😉

I've also stopped receiving lives. There are only 4 friends in my list when I ask for lives and I used to get them from 1 of them but no longer. Also miss the royal championship and wish they'd add something new in the game. Just real boring now and I haven't been playing much.
