That's a pity and I'm afraid we can't help you on this one. If you were never connected to Facebook or King.com (which is even stronger since that information would live inside our own servers) there is nothing we can do. Given that you never connected to Facebook or King servers there is sadly no information that we can use to restore your previous level.
I hope that getting back to where you were doesn't take too long and that you can keep on progressing! If not, just come back to our community, I'm sure many of our players will be able to help you out.
