As of this morning, the new episode had loaded for me. So I guess happy ending for all of us who have been waiting? But if anyone from King reads these: the lack of communication around this has been very frustrating. It wouldn't be so hard to post something on this forum saying "We're sorry for the delay, we'll have new levels posted in a week," would it?
Yayyy!!! I finally have an update!!!! Updating right now. I saw someone else say the new levels should be out on Wednesday so hopefully tomorrow!!!!
I’ve been waiting on new levels for WEEKS
The only reason I think is because the studio had the holiday, the new episode had not been released yet.
Idem nouveaux niveaux 6626 s'est débloqué sur mon PC mais pas sur mon smartphone, j'ai pu jouer un peu à ce niveau là mais pas longtemps car il a disparu rapidement et à nouveau bloquée au 6625
Yes this is very odd. Same here waiting at 6625 on my phone even though the last update was March 31. I guess I'll have to play on the computer till they fix the android update.
Okay, this is bizarre—the app has updated, because the theme switched from winter to spring. (About time.) But still no new levels.

Ditto on this. I’m also level 6625 and my iOS is updated but no new levels.
There appears to be quite the problems. There's a post about this under support where playing on a computer through Facebook she got the new levels but didn't get them on Android or windows 10. Adding a picture of that. Also saw another post where someone hasn't received new levels in quite awhile because they were on a level in the 6500s and everyone else is waiting on 6625.

I agree, it's strange the game hasn't released new levels this week. It's also odd that they aren't offering a reason why.
I guess we'll just have to keep checking.
I'm glad I'm not the only one!!!! No new levels for me either. I went to my ap and it also hasn't updated since February 24th and there is no update available. I cleared the cache and emailed support but they didn't help much at all. Just told me to make sure I update the game lol.
