I am going soon to get the: Third Anniversary
There are also Friends anniversary badges, I have Friends 2nd Anniversary and Friends 4th Anniversary
There is Farm 7th Anniversary: Farm 7th Anniversary and more!
It was either CCS CCSS CCFS I will have to go look under my badges I just found it all it said was Thank you for being with us a whole year no certain game but it has a picture of a cupcake on it
Did you get one maybe for Candy Crush Saga?
There was one for Royal Championship, but it appeared only for the 1st anniversary!

There are also some anniversary badges in Spanish: King 1. Aniversario IC
in French King 1. Anniversaire IC and in German: King 1. Jubiläum IC
I am afraid that they are not active any more!

I know that I have gotten one for one of the other games that I play so I wasn't sure and I also know that I have been playing CCJS for a year also but I haven't received no badge for that yet and thank you for replying

There are anniversary badges for participating in the Community, for example:
First Anniversary
Second Anniversary
Third Anniversary
and so on! They are given automatically by the system!
There is not anything similar for games.
