The game froze and I lost all of my bonuses. Is there a way to get them back?

I am sorry that your game was frozen, this is something that can be happened some times! If this happens, unfortunatelly you loose the level and the Allen's Journey boisters and also the preselected boosters, if you had selected any.
I suppose that these are the bonuses that you said! As for Allen's Journey, tou have to play the next 5 levels to get all tha balloons!
The preselected boosters are lost! Also, if you used any other boosters in the level (hammers etc), they are also lost!
