Allen disappeared after changing phones :(

I have Allen with a full set of balloons on my old iPhone. After logging in on my new iPhone, the one thing missing is Allen. If he is available to some users but not others, then that is not the reason because I'm logged in as the same user on two different phones. Is there any way I can get Allen to appear on my new phone? I've already tried logging out and logging back in again. Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem last year! Allen suddenly disappeared from Jelly on my mobile phone, while was available when I was playing on my p.c.
There is not any official explanation for this. It can be happened sometimes. Allen is possible to come back after some time. As for me, this time was several months! š
