I only have 12 moves. Impossible. I want my 50 moves or I will have to stop playing this game after so many years. Please help.

Same here, and it's not possible without buying boosters so I'll just stop playing until you fix it. I spend money on this game when I want to but not when I feel like you're forcing me to.
I also have only 12 moves...Impossible! All tutorials say 50....fix is needed.
There are not enough boosters to compensate for missing 38 moves in one game.

HI Linda, this level has not been reported as a glitch for Candy Crush Jelly Saga. It might require you to use boosters to help you clear it. I will keep my eyes open here to see if anyone else reports this level in the next few days.
