While I started with a paint ball and color ball next to each other, double fish on toppa that, the jelly spread, 3 spaces left and 5 moves to go my game crashes. I cudnt get it dun by the time my team hit 725 for the BIG reward 703/725. I wudda dunnit! I want compensation! for alot!

Hi Doreen, you are the first player reporting that the game is crashing on a mobile device. I will keep my eyes open for the rest of today to see if anyone else reports it on a mobile device.

It’s happened to me several times in the past year!! I’d like to have some sort of compensation for having lost our 703/725 of the fishing contest, I have a screenshot of it if you’d like to see!

not true...the game crashed!!! I’ve had other instances in the past, as I said, where the game has crashed on me, and I’ve bn reimbursed! Had the game not crashed on me I would’ve won...want the screenshots?!

That said, I've compensated you for the loss. However, there are no constant issues with Candy Crush Jelly Saga's connectivity so I suggest you optimize your device and its connection to make sure this doesn't happen to you again.
