when I try to play it just goes back to my start page
Hi Oscar, Microsoft fixed this crashing problem! Please do the new update and it should be resolved. Here is what a player wrote here:
"It's finally been fixed in v.1341.1.0"
So check to make sure that you have this version. I posted it to my Candy Crush Facebook group and already people are writing back that it worked! Good luck!
So your game is not connecting right? There is a known Windows 10 glitch of crashing and other issues. Microsoft is aware of it and we are all waiting for a fix. You are the first person saying that it's happening on Jelly. So far it was just Saga, Soda and Papa Pear so now we can add Jelly to this too.

so I’ve been recently getting this strange bug after the game loads as instead of seeing rivals on the jelly race banner I’m seeing purple squares instead and it’s getting stressful I don’t known what to do my app is updated and connection is solid
