Did you uninstall & install your game? If so, you will lose all your boosters as they will not be saved. If you bought booster, please contact customer service in the help center. You can get to the help center when you open the game and go to the gear and go to the yellow J. Please go to gold bars and boosters.
Free boosters are non-refundable.
