My game did not save on my devices. One is correct the other is not. I don’t know how to save my progress before logging out
As it seems the member did not responded since March!!

Thank you for getting in touch. Question are you on Facebook or do you have a King account? If you're on FB, have you saved your progress there? Because this is important. In King it is saved automatically. To restore your progress, you must write an email to customer service in the Help Center. Only these can restore it. Please include your ID number to identify yourself. This is the only way possible. Please explain everything there and what you have already tried. You will also see customer service support before you enter the community. It's at the bottom of the page. Unfortunately I can no longer help you! I'm sorry.

I have tried everyone's advice. I have signed out and back into my accounts. I have updated the apps, I have changd all my passwords. I still cannot play my games where I was. Now everyone asked me what I was playing on. I am playing on my phone, iPad Pro, and my desktop. I am now signing out of all of them again in hopes that someone can please help me get back to where I was. Not only have I lost my games I have lost a lot of money that I have invested. I cannot promise I will be back on any of my devices. So please do as you have and send me an email. that is how I knew to answer the questions in my email. Thank you.

There are lots of players that don’t know the rules and regulations. Heck I thought I was getting a real king expert and not having my questions plastered all over this site for other readers to read and comment Something smart like what was that you said Nicholas(oh yeah… as it seems the member has not responded since March. ). Or maybe go read the answer he gives above this one. Nikalos_Prodromidis you are a rude young person. Perhaps you should get a book on how to talk to people or know the ones you help to find out if they know what they are doing, or that they have medical issues that keeps them from remembering things. IE. like knowing to check back on this discussion page instead of waiting on an email ) Now I have worked with the public for over 40 years and would never leave some of these comments. Like I said, I am new to this great( apparently not so great help discussion pages) but today I finally found it all. Maybe that is why you should now see how many times I have either commented or made a statement. Did it ever occur to any of you except(the princess that people are much older than any of you, have memory issues, medical conditions? A lot of us my AGE, play this game and many more some are able to sink money in it and some can’t. Some play to relax, some play to take their minds off addiction, abuse, mental health etc. so since all of you want to continue badgering me on this game site, go read all of my comments from today alone. Don’t come after me with your better than thou attitude and smart answers. To my friend Nikolai’s, sorry this is on your page. I tried to start a conversation but it started with you instead of just a discussion or comment. I do save all of these. After all it’s my words in writing. I also have memory issues so thank you for reminding me to get steamed up.
as I said before I am in the process of changing ALL passwords on ALL devices. Logging into King instead of through fb email . Hopefully that will help. After all it’s everyone’s advice

I did not see the answer, sorry for that. I did get new devices. In Jelly I believe I was signed in by email and password. I was up on level 1300? can't remember which one. that is the way I always logged in on my IPAD because my desktop did not save my information. I went to my iPhone, and everything was ok there. but it did not sync with either iPad or desktop. i don't get it. So, I cannot play any of the candy crushes, because they are at the wrong level. Jelly is now at 482 I think. I have not synced changed my phone back to an android and it has not synced yet. After all money I have paid into these games I have just been heart broken. I am on disability so I cannot afford to start over again. when I took Saga and went to sign in it put me at level 1 again. So, I am sure you understand my Dalima. I will go get all three devices and see if I can get them all together. I will make sure all are signed in with King instead of email and password. I will tell you I am scared. If this does not work, I don't think I will ever play any King games again.

Before we can help we need to know a few simple things what kind of devices do you use for Candy Crush Jelly, which one saves and which one does not? Also tell me if you connect with facebook, with a King account or simply by using email/password? Have you checked to make sure all devices and games are updated?
