That's ok because now you just need to set up an account and then complete the contact form and they can add your progress manually. I prefer to play through the Kingdom instead of Facebook, so it might be a good idea for you to do that too. Hi Hansley, were you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom because they would have saved your progress. If you did, then go to the app store and reinstall the game. Then sign in with either one and your progress should be there.
Now if you didn't play through either one, please follow the steps on this link to get your progress back. If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
