Facebook and Kingdom connection failed
I've been trying to connect to Facebook ever since I started playing the game back in January. It gives me a pop up saying connection failed. I also tried connecting to Kingdom but that fails too, saying that it couldn't find an Internet connection even though I'm definitely connected to the Internet as all other apps work. I have the latest version of both Jelly and Facebook and the latest iOS software, I tried restarting my phone, but nothing works. This has been going on from the start. I don't want to remove and reinstall Jelly as I don't want to lose my progress. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Have you tried to connect just using mobile data, not the internet. Give this a try to see if you can connect.

Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. I still get the same error messages.
