Jelly saga, stuck at level 100.

I was waiting the 72 hours for the gate to level 101 to open, and it just disappeared.
We have tried reinstalling the app, getting lives from friends, replaying level 100, but nothing !!
Very cross now. Any suggestions please? I think it is a glitch in the app.

Do you see a new timer or anything at all? What do you see in place of the roadblock, not even the option to use gold bars?

I am stuck also. I cannot go to 101. There is not a counter or way to ask friends to advance. It has been almost 2 weeks since I have been stuck.
