@ Gabriele, the music use to play during the game. I liked it a lot, but now you only hear the effects. Its okay though, I really enjoy the Jelly game, and since its been awhile since the music has been gone during the game, I've gotten use to it.😊

Sorry to hear that! First thing i would suggest, even if its obvious, is to look on the sound settings of the game in case the music toggle has been deactivated for some reason.

If you have the music button turned on and yet you cant hear the music, then we´d need a bit more information to be able to assist you: the game version you are running (go to your phone´s app settings and look for Jelly, version number should be displayed there), your phone model and firmware version and also your coreuser ID.
