I took the advice, deleted app and reinstalled for my mom. Ended up routing her back to Level 1! I tried to log in using her Facebook account but it didn't help.Thank you for posting this here on King Care Tinkyyo. I am still experiencing the problem, cannot progress through level 255Thank you all for your patience, I have some great news.
In the next 2 weeks a new update for Candy Crush Jelly Saga will be released which fixes this issue.
If you are playing on a mobile device, please keep an eye out for the next game update in the app store to get back to the adventure! As soon as the update is released then Facebook and King.com will be updated automatically.

This is beyond a joke, i still cant get past this level, i have lost several items as i clicked on them after last two updates thinking this is solved. IT IS NOT.I have even tried logging on to a laptop and going via facebook, i have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, nothing.Really frustratingThank you all for your patience, I have some great news.
