Hi Karen, there is a problem playing the game on Chrome. If you have version 68 or higher it's not working so they are suggesting that you try a different browser (Firefox, Opera or Edge). Why aren't you playing the game directly on Windows 10 instead of using the browser? You can connect with Facebook or the Kingdom by playing through Windows 10. Look in your Microsoft store (shopping bag) and do a search for the game and install it.
