Hi, sorry you are having this problem. Lets do a soft reset on your game. Log out of your game, let it sit for a few seconds, then log back in with your email and password. Hopefully that will take care of it š
This is also happening to me. Conveniently near the end of a play and Iām about to win. Very frustrating.
