Hello? when are they fixing this? Mine stopped working on PC and android a few days ago. I have purchases on there, are they going to fix it or refund my money?

I have been playing for awhile and now it won't open on my laptop
@Princess_Jessica I just thought of something. I don't know if you were here in the community when we had game glitches for the players who played through Facebook. It wouldn't load for one ..... it turned out to be a Facebook glitch so we all had to wait until Facebook fixed it on their end. It happened with Facebook three times that I can recall. It might have been more. Could this be a Microsoft glitch, similar to what we experienced with Facebook? I remember reading that the reason why mobile takes longer to release the levels is because they have to be approved by Apple and Android. I wonder if it's the same method with Microsoft.
Now when I just tried to open it it doesn't stay frozen. It gets to the same screen as before but then the game actually closes via Windows 11.
Here's another thought ................. could it be that the more levels that are added to a game cause the game to crash on certain platforms. Or do you think those platforms can handle the increase in levels without a problem? I know you don't have the answer so maybe a CM can find out more and tell us more of why it's taking so long to fix. Now that Microsoft owns the King games maybe on their end they have to make more changes. Just a thought!
I hope that the problem on Windows 11 will be fixed soon. Today, new levels are being released and the episode race cannot be won if players only play in the Windows app. You will not receive gold bars for the episode race. Will there be compensation for this?ย

There are a few posts about this on the forum. If you are using Windows 10/11, there is some problem with the latest update of the game. Apparently they are working on it. Still works on phones, but if you want to use a computer or tablet, you're out of luck rn.

Thanks for the reply. I think for many of the people who play on their computer it's an accessibility concern. Phones are too small for some visual impairments or for those with dexterity issues. This is the reason the switch away from landscape mode on one of their other games (Candy Crush Saga) meant it was no longer playable for some as well. If King is moving away from supporting anything other than phones, this will prevent many from being able to play their games. Phone screens are too small. Hoping it's just a glitch with Jelly Saga and people will be able to play again soon.
Please please everyone, DO NOT uninstall your game. They are working on a fix. I am sorry you are having this problem, but we ask for your patience. ๐
Hello welcome please do not uninstall and reinstall you may lose all saved boosters, gold, and progress. The issue will not be resolved with uninstalling. There is a known issue with jelly and we are working hard to try and get it resolved. Here is a link where you can read more about it and where other players are also having this issue ๐ค

I am sorry but not as of yet. I know it is hard to not play Jelly. I play on my phone, if that is possible to do.
