My free boosters are not showing up first thing in the AM only in the late afternoon. How can I change this? Please?

Hi @LeSare_, first where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? That seems very strange that the boosters are not there one minute but there the next minute. Could you please do print screens showing AM and late afternoon because I have never seen this before. If it's a new glitch then they will need to see print screens.

Hi Elsa, I have had 2 in the last 6 weeks or so.. Only on the first game, and only on free spin booster. Other than that I get the black screen ☹️

I've seen you refer to an original thread that is on Candy Crush Saga. This here is Candy Crush Jelly, so unless it is referring to that game, I'm afraid we cannot help you here. It would have to be in Candy Crush Saga and you will have to wait until you get a reply from a Superstar or from the Community Manager responsible (CezDiamond in this case).
