Hello AIl It's happening to me also. But my cards and points are working everywhere else so the issue has to be with playing Jelly saga on a PC Not something that player a can fix. I knew that I was playing a dumbed down version of the game, but it was relaxing, so I didn't care.
But now I'm angry that no one from King will own up to the problems they can't quickly fix.
Stop changing your settings and info to no avail and find another Game.
SO…..I'M GOING TO THROW OUT MY MONEY ELSEWHERE! I QUIT (and so should you)

Sorry you are having this problem. Can you tell me what platform you are using? ie phone (what kind) or PC/laptop?
Have you tried a soft rest? Logging out of your game then, logging back in with your email and password. 🤗
I'm having the same problem.
I am having the same issue - it says There was a problem - Try again later. It has been like this for several days. It is only on Jelly this is happening. Payment works fine on other FB apps. Also tried on a different browser, but same issue. I have cleared cache and cookies and restarted and still no luck.
What are the troubleshooting steps to fix this?
