The operating system on my tablet will no longer support your games, Candy Crush, Friends, Jelly and Soda. I do have a newer tablet and would like to transfer my game data including awards and in app purchases. Can you help me?

Obviously I have a King account or you wouldn't be communicating with me. However, so far, your information is false and you are doing nothing as a developer to help your customers. My operating system is a 5.4, but it shouldn't matter as you basically have shut everything down below 6.0 I did download these games to my new tablet but alas, another lie, as they all want to start me at game 1 and basically have stolen all of my in game awards and purchases. You as a developer should be able to correct this.
Hello there! So sorry for waiting so long! Do you already connect your game to a King account? If so, just install the game on your new device and log into your account — that's it! All your game progress and Gold Bars will appear on your new device automatically. However, please note that boosters and extra lives can only be saved locally on the device in which you receive them. Can you please let me know what operating system you're using on your old device? If it's still supported, you can still play it and use booster till you spend them all. 😃
