My birthday is November 1st. My current level is 3649. I'm stuck since all my games reset to zero except levels, so with no gold and no boosters, I'm not progressing very quickly

I did not make any changes to my profile, so I was equally shocked to find that my presence in the community had vanished. The issues appear to stem from King. I had been online for hours when, without warning, the screen redirected me to the login page. After several unsuccessful attempts to log in, I tried resetting my password, but that was also ineffective. Consequently, I reached out to customer support, as my game profile remained unchanged. They informed me that my account had not been deleted "yet." (what that means, I don't know)
As of today, the team is investigating the situation and has requested patience during their inquiry to prevent similar occurrences for other users. This situation is understandably frustrating. I'm disheartened, nothing left to prove I spent over 3 years in this community. Decision to leave entirely has been made if they don't rectify the issues.

I'm over 5000, maybe 5200 but I don't know exactly what level. I'd prefer not to log in to find out until I want to play so I don't waste my daily log in booster.
I started playing again but lost interest when I stopped having events. I started participating in the Jelly community but it didn't last long. I didn't have any of the events people were talking about.π«€
