Anch'io sono un assidua giocatrice di Candy crush jelly saga è anche nel mio caso da oggi al domani mi sono sparite le casseforti e per questo motivo avevo già scritto ma la questione è ancora irrisolta non capisco in che gruppo mi possano aver inserito in quanto poi io non mi sarei nemmeno inserita in qualche gruppo inoltre alcune volte mi arriva una vita e naturalmente io contraccambio. Anche il gioco del pesci che iniziava al giovedì non c'è più. Ho scritto anche all'ufficio informazioni del gioco ma il problema persiste. Spero che tutti questi disagi si possano risolvere nel più breve tempo possibile perché se la situazione non viene sistemata n o n vale più la pena giocare. Preciso che gioco a Candy Crush Saga e li è tutta ultra storia molti boster molte opportunità di gioco ,concorsi ecc..aperte che sono arrivata alla fine del gioco e devo aspettare che aggiungono altri livelli. Spero che se abbiano tanti reclami e possano sistemare la situazione. Allego l'ultima mia pagina di gioco,e saluto il gruppo.
Thank you for sharing. I'm sorry you have lost the safe. The safe feature is part of a test group. This means that some players will see the safe and some players won't. We have no influence on this; groups of players who will or won't see the safe can be changed by the Game Studio. In that process, some players will have those special features for weeks, some have it for months some players have it for years, and some have never seen the safe.
We do not know which group you fall into. And, until the feature is done testing, it won't become a permanent feature!
I suspect you have been moved to another group, which (temporarily) has no safe. The safe might return in your game; all you can do is make sure your game and device has the latest updates.
