I no longer have tickets either but yet they have the “Win an Offer” widget in the Events screen. It’s not fair if there are no tickets available and almost every high level is impossible to beat without boosters.
Mine still has that feature, but sometimes they will do that, they will take a feature away and then bring it back. I'm not sure though, maybe ask support

What is going on with level 235. Supposed to collect orange, but no orange, and as soon as you drop to next level, NOTHING!! Literally nothing, to allow you to continue playing.
