Chests gone?

I haven’t seen the reward chests for days. Wonder if they’re gone?

Well I found the opening flower reward wasn’t lost but still no chests, which is the most important. If I switch the account from the FB one to email, I must begin from the stage 1 instead of 5555.

I tried only to lose the start reward progress, that with the flower.

Hi and welcome to the Jellies. I am so sorry you are having problems. I just checked mine and it is ok. Let do a soft reset on your game.

Log out of your game. Turn off your device and let it sit for about 10 seconds. Turn your device back on and then log back in with your email and password.
Check if there are any updates for your game and device. We have had a couple in the past 2 weeks.
Make sure you have at least 2GBs of free space and clear your cache
