Thanks for your question. At the moment, there isn’t an option to manually remove friends from your game directly within Candy Crush Jelly Saga. Friends are usually added automatically if you're connected to Facebook or a King account, based on your friends list or previous connections.
If you'd like to update your friends list, here are a couple of suggestions:
Facebook-connected accounts: You can remove friends from your Facebook account itself. This will affect who shows up in your game over time.
King account: Unfortunately, there’s no built-in feature yet to manage individual friends, but we’ve passed this feedback along to the team.
