Allen's Journey event has disappeared, which is a natural phenomenon if you don't log on to the CCJS app for a while. In this case, if you clear about one new level, Allen may reappear. 😊
(앨런의 여행 이벤트가 사라진 것은 앱을 한동안 접속하지 않으면 자연스럽게 발생할 수밖에 없는 현상입니다. 이럴 경우에는 새로운 레벨 1개 정도를 클리어해보면 앨런이 다시 나타날 수 있습니다.)
Is it linked to your King or Facebook account? If at least one of these two accounts exists, if you log in to the game on a new device with your account, the friends in CCJS will not disappear, but will be saved automatically. Also, if you have a King or Facebook account, your in-game progress will be automatically saved as well as friends in the jelly. However, don't forget that only boosters won't be saved as an exception!

For updates, you can check whether the version of the app provided on Google Play or Apple's App Store is up to date. For your information, CCJS adds 20 new levels every Wednesday, so it's time for in-game events to start anew.
