Without a doubt, your algorithm is a sloppy piece of work. It’s really poorly made; you don’t fix the code, you don’t respond to the requests people make here. You guys are astonishingly incompetent.

The algorithm is unable to balance the ratio of wins and losses. Players can get stuck on a single level — usually one of the most irritating ones, by the way — for days, and sometimes even weeks. Several people here have already complained about this. And it’s still very bad. Your technical team is very bad at this.
