level has not changed for me

I am on level 4705 Candy Crush Jelly and this has been on this for over 2 weeks. I updated the app and still nothing. Can you advise? Thank you!

Hi @macisaac99 Just to make sure we understand correctly, can you confirm what you mean by “the level hasn’t changed”?

Do you mean:

Level 4705 itself looks different for other players (or in videos) but not for you, or
Level 4705 is your last available level, so you don’t have any new levels to play?
