How do I restore my boosters that I had on my phone? Its not a new phone, but i uninstalled then reinstalled Jelly Saga?
You can't. Boosters are stored in the client side. If you delete or uninstall app, all boosters would also be erased and there is no way to restore them than restart from scratch.

If you are linked to a King or Facebook account, then don't worry. your progress will be restored and all you have to do is sign back in to your King or Facebook account. If you were never linked to a King or Facebook account, your whole progress will be lost, including your boosters, and you will have to start all over again.
That's why King recommends every player to save their progress by making a King account or linking to Facebook.
