Can't pass 235--internet issue

I'm using a new Amazon Fire tablet and I all of a sudden keep getting "no internet" notifications. 234 works. 235 loads up a blank board and starts, then when it is stopped to scroll down I can see no candies.

The only thing that seems to work is starting over. As soon as I try to log in, I get the progress but I also get the "no internet" notifications again. Other King games and other games work fine with no internet notifications.

I don't get it.

I was receiving the same no internet connection last night. I was able to play and pass the levels but made no sense since I was def connected to the internet and all my other games worked flawlessly even CCS as well as FB and searching on Google. I am on an Ipad

I also have the issue, there is no exit to collect monkling at all.
