Bugs in app and playing adds

Hi, first I have an issue with the three buttons showing map, my profile and events. Somtimes they are not visible so I am locked and have to restart the game all the time. Also it keeps saying no internet connection a lot, but I am online and everything else is working. Then I have an issue with playing adds in all of the King games. A lot of the time when I play an add the screen goes black an no matter how long you wait nothing happens. I complained about the same i blossom blast forum, and I tried every solution offered as well as anything known to AI, and I had to resort to deleting the apps and reinstalling (which takes away all my lives and saved up boosters) and this helped for two days and now it’s the same again.

It is really frustrating, because I have to restart the app losing lives and my streak.

Would you be so kind as to confirm the game version you have installed, the make and model of the device you play from and your current OS system?

Hi @Kevin_ Thanks for the reply, I have tried all of the above unfortunatly still the same.

As for the Ad I have really no idea which one it would be, it shows a second sometimes of the info icon in the bottom left corner and then goes completly black so no hint to a spesific add.
Previously (long time ago and not frequent) I’ve had ads that won’t play and the screen is black, but the info icon shows and you can wait the add-time out and the X to close add will show after some time.

Now however it is more common then not and no way to wait it out. And losing my streak all the time makes it a lot less fun and I am missing out on the events

Regarding the buttons, I know you mentioned having tried some steps but could you ensure to:

*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

*Clear Cache:

🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

As for the Ads issue does this happen perhaps with an specific Ad? If so, could you please share the following details:

Game where they saw the Ad
Day and time the Ad was seen
Country it was seen in
Type of Ad format: video/static image
Screenshot of the Ad in question
Company name & URL links (website)
