Is something wrong with level 9676 Troubleshooting

Does anyone know if there is a problem with level 9676? I've played it over 100 times. I'm on 2 booster day and nothing is working. I mean nothing is moving. Just explosions that's it. Can someone check it out for me? Thanks in advance😁😎🤗

Clearing Cache

Checking your game and device are update

Restarting your device

If so, is this happening only on this level, do you mean that you are not able to make matches?

The strangest thing is happening to my game. On the computer and on Facebook. When I lose the level, the same exact level comes up again with the candy in the exact same position!? So I hit the quit button, and the same candies come up in the same places again. No matter if I lose or hit the quit button no new patterns of candy come up. Ok, so I use my boosters and guess what, Again the same candy pattern and with the booster EXACTLY the same!!!!This has never happened before. Do you know what it means? @Kevin_ Thanks in advance.😊😎😁

Good morning Kevin. I did it but it still is just doing the same thing. It takes me a lot of moves on the first level. So I only have 12-10 moves to complete the second level. It's both. Sometimes it wouldn't clear after explodes. The second half is worse. Nothing would clear. Thanks so much for helping.

Looking at your question, the level type is jelly, and it's in normal mode........ 🧐

The map structure should proceed like this in the first half and the second half, but can you tell us where the problem occurred?

Also, I'm guessing you probably had a problem in the second half with Pop Rocks and cotton candy block obstacles rather than the first half with Fish Net, but is that the case?

Looking at your question, the level type is jelly, and it's in normal mode........ 🧐

The map structure should proceed like this in the first half and the second half, but can you tell us where the problem occurred?
