Cannot receive or send lives

hi it is blank when I try to send or request lives and my messages have stayed blank. I am logged in through Apple and my game is updated.

I'm sorry to see you're having this issue when trying to send Lives. Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

* Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
* Update your device to the latest version of iOS and check for any updates for the game app
* Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link
