They know what they are doing. They are aware of the issues with receiving and sending lives not in just this game but also for over three years with the CC Friends game. They send sweet messages and a trillion solutions for you to follow and yet the problem still persists. Just look at other threads and see that nothing has ever been done to resolve this problem.
