Why is CC Jelly so buggy lately on iPhone 5?

Question

When I first open the game, I don’t have any friend messages/lives. So I log out and sign back in via Facebook and the game doesn’t work. I have messages from friends on the envelope icon but nothing in my inbox. This has been going on for about a month.

can’t play  because the Jelly Jackpot won’t close.

Can’t play because how to play won’t close. I jeep losing lives because I have to close the app.

Force close apps and restart your device.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates

You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues

Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
