Are you trying to play the game but the app is not reacting when clicking on your level?



There seems to be an issue which is unfortunately affecting this game on game on mobile device with game app version 2.23.2!

Rest assured however, the game team is aware of this and working as hard as they can to solve this but we don't have a timeframe for a fix just yet.

In the meantime, you can play on a different device or trough Microsoft Store if you happen to have Windows 10!

Once we know more, we'll update you all so hand in there and apologies for the inconvenience caused 😕

    Hi all 🤗

    First of all, thank you for your collaboration and patience while we look in to this issue. Just wanted to let you know that you're not alone here and this is being worked at as we speak.

    What ever you do, DO NOT REINSTALL THE GAME APP! You will lose your boosters if you do this which we are not able to replace so hang in there and keep an eye on this thread and the App Store for future updates.

    can't proceed to jelly 801 progress seems to be blocked and I passed 800 days sago.

    I also have this problem on my iPad.  I've rebooted the machine a couple of times to reopen the game but it sits with my character holding two balloons next to the 801, on a candy "flow" but will not accept any touches anywhere

    after passing level 800, I'm frozen trying to enter level 801.  My character holding 2 balloons is bouncing next to the level, but the screen will not accept taps.  I've rebooted twice to no avail - same result.  Do I need to remove this and stop playing the game the way I did with Saga?

    after winning level 1662 , I am unable to proceed. It’s as if the game is locked

    This shows how the screen is a little dark. There is no movement on the screen, & all levels are as if dead

    Actually, there is movement on the screen, the cloud-like spinning beacon above level 1665.

    @Tamrajan Can you please tell me which device and OS are you using to play this game? Have you tried clearing the game cache? Sometimes those simple steps can solve some issues.
