    Level 2

    Just finished level 1234 the screen faded, flag moved to 1235 but screen is faded and dead to touch ... have tried everything except deleting it because I’m not confident it’s being saved to Facebook ...

    Also there was white letters and numbers on front left bottom of the screen ...

    Then the crown button is gone ...

    Cant find my ID number ...

    Sorry to say that You have posted in the wrong place. Look at the homepage, there are different doors for each game.select specific games, and ask your questions. This time i am trying to help you.

    Mine has done the same at Level 1655. I updated and it worked for one attempt then went back to faded screen.

    Could you guys dod me a favor and let me know what is the make, model of the device as well as the game app version installed so I can look in to this?

    Android!

    - Make and model number of your device. Also, the current OS you have. You can find this in Settings>General>About.

    - The version of the game app you have. You can find this in the App Store, under My Apps, search for the game and select more information.

    - How much storage left on the device?

    Apple:

    - Model and iOS of your device: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > About > Make a note of the "model" and the "version"

    - Game app version: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage > select the game> Make a note of the version number

    - Available storage space: To find this follow these steps: Settings > General > Usage in the right column. Under Storage you will see the storage capacity of your device and how much you still have available.

    Updated ..l then restarted iPad ... still the same ... faded can’t touch anything.
