Can't get more levels after 1500 on my Windows phone!

Have completed level 1500 with 3***, not moving to next level on windows 10 mobile, yet will and has on Microsoft surface, accounts are linked so what is going on?

    Have you made sure the game app on your Windows device is up to date?

    Uninstalled it and then reinstalled, emptied cache and restarted twice.

    According to our system, you're game is currently on level 1519 and it shows that it is only being played on Windows 10 platform.

    This is on my mobile, but yes I am further using my PC/surface, my question is how to carry on using mobile.

    Aha, you're playing as a guest on the mobile device, that is why I could not see any mobile connected to the User ID.

    So this is a Windows device correct? Could you do me a favor and go to Microsoft Store from the device, search for the game and send a screenshot of the system requirements?

    I will also need the game app version you have installed.
