Bananadrama level won’t open

This happens every time there’s a special round and has been for over a year!! I’ve got enough Monklings (or whatever’s required in relevant game) but level 3 never opens so no bonuses no advancement. Is there a fix yet???

I've noticed there are no stars on level 1 so this hasn't been completed yet. Once completed, you should be able to advance to level 2 as you have already collected a Munkling.

I followed the instructions and removed and reinstalled the app, and it's still not working.

The only thing I'm thinking may be happening is I went back and did a prior monkling level. Does it require forward movement in the main game?

I'll compensate you for the troubles. Sadly, this is a tricky issue (since it doesn't happen all the time, which makes it more difficult to fix code-wise). In the meanwhile, we keep escalating all the issues to the studio, and compensating where we can.
