Shows lives on the envelope, disappear when I open it! (FIXED on version 2.31.22)!

Lives given by friends shown by a number on the envelope disappear when I open it. The window is blank with only the headline "Messages". This has never happened until now.

The live issue should now be fixed so if you're playing on mobile, please make sure you have the latest game app version: 2.31.22 installed.

If your auto-updates did not work, try @ashwil suggestion above. If you happen to play on Windows 10, there is an update coming up soon which will fix this issue.

I have some updates on the missing lives! 🙌

The issue will be fixed for players that are updating their game app from 2.29 to 2.30. Game app version 2.30 will be released next week but I don't have a specific day so please keep an eye on the App Store so you don't miss it.

If you currently have the game app version 2.29, you might still have the issue but as mentioned above, the 2.30 version will fix this.

NOTE! If you have updated your game from version 2.29 over to 2.30 and still have the missing live issue, please let me know so I can report this back to the Studio.

The issue remains despite most usual attempts to restart, etc. Downloaded another update, no bug fix there, now there are 5 messages and a blank message screen. IPad.

The good news is that the studio has found the issue and currently working on a fix, sadly we won't be able to recover the lives that got lost 🙁

I don't have a specific date for the next release so we'll have to keep an eye on the game 😉

What type of device do you play from? And is it up to date with the latest version?

Hi @NamTruong2001 & @lori123 - welcome to our friendly community. Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Have you tried force closing out of the app and clearing your cache and cookies recently? Usually this helps clears up issues like this.

I’m using an iPad this has been happening for a few days to me. I have not updated manually. I’ve deleted and re-installed my game, but alas still happening !!

is it being looked into pls ?

This has been happening to me as well for a couple of days. It’s quite annoying; I’ve tried updating it; taking the update out... it’s ridiculous others give you lives and they are deleted just because. Can you please give it a look and fix it?
