The extra lives given by friends disappeared as soon as I clicked on Messages, and the Messages box becomes empty. Please help. Thank you

that problem happened with candy Jelly Crush, not with candy crush soda

You are right that it was reported in Jelly so that is why I am asking if you see any with this issue posted here in Soda then it might now be happening now in this game too.

When I open the game it shows I have messages, but when I click the message envelope, there are no messages in side. Each day the number of messages gets more, but there are never any messages. After I close the message envelope, it shows no messages.
